The institute is based in 1992 for the purpose of working out of the software and an information technology for the organisations, establishments and the enterprises of formation, public health services, culture, state bodies, power structures, funds and the separate enterprises.
We have the highly skilled experts, necessary industrial base, modern technical and the software developed by communication possibilities.
The institute consists of 5 functional departments providing a wide spectrum of research, design-technological works and information services. Number working - 110 persons.

The automated information system of the State committee on a science and technologies the Republic of Belarus (IAIS SCST) - automation of processes: information service of management SCST; financially-legal maintenance of scientific and technical activity; managements of programs and innovative projects; managements of economic activities SCST and organizational work.
The automated control system of the individual (personified) account of the insured persons (IP) in system of social insurance the Republic of Belarus (ACS PA) - three-level system (ACS-CENTER, ACS-AREA, ACS-AREA), providing the personified account of the insured persons on the basis of interaction with payers of insurance payments (in particular employers IP) with the subsequent formation of a database "Personal account" and information service of the insured persons. In the course of functioning interaction from a DB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for loading of nameplate data on the insured persons is carried out.
The automated system of the account of functioning of a securities market (ACSFSM) - automation of activity of Committee on securities at Ministerial council the Republic of Belarus in a part: registration of emitters and releases of securities with conducting and ordering of the accounting information; work and the analysis of indicators with reports of emitters and banks; conducting export of issue abroad with reception of the detailed and total analytical reporting; conducting the information on owners of large packages of securities; maintenance of information interaction of regional inspections with Committee on securities; creation and conducting a uniform information database of Committee at regional and republican levels.
The automated information system of the Uniform state register of legal bodies and individual businessmen (ACS USR) – three-level system (AIS USR Ministry of Justice, AIS USR Regorgan, ACS USR Area) is intended for creation and conducting the electronic version of the register of legal bodies and individual businessmen the Republic of Belarus, provides automation of processes of the state registration (registration of changes, reorganisation, liquidation and so forth) subjects of managing, a supply with information of republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs, legal and physical persons with a trustworthy information about legal bodies and individual businessmen.
The integrated automated information system of the Ministry of Justice the Republic of Belarus (IAIS Ministry of Justice) - automation of processes of activity of bodies, establishments of justice and courts of law the Republic of Belarus, creation of the general information resource of bodies, establishments of justice and courts of law and the organisation of information interaction with other state bodies.
Complex system of automation of book keeping of the budgetary organisations and establishments - account automation: work and a wages, calculations under grants, the basic means, invaluable and wearing subjects, material stocks, a foodstuff, an apportion of a foodstuff, calculations by special kinds of payments, financially-settlement operations, the summary account and the reporting, and also drawing up of the list of staff and tariffing of shots.

We actively co-operate with the scientific and technical centre the Information Registry (scientific and technological centre "INFORMATION REGISTRY", Moscow), the International centre of the scientific and technical information (ICSTI, Moscow), the specialised centre in chemistry (FIZ - Chemie GmbH, Berlin), the Center of processing of the information (OPI, Warsaw), from above 20 organisations of nonindustrial sphere of the Russian Federation.
We offer cooperation on software working out, creation of corporate systems, automation of book keeping of non-productive sphere, complex automation of state bodies and other structures.
The state registration of information resources and conducting the State register of information resources is carried out by institute since 2001. By results of registration the catalogue "Information resources of Belarus is annually published." We invite the organisations, establishments and firms to pass the state registration of the information resources created both at the expense of budgetary funds, and at the expense of other sources of financing for wide informing of potential users in our country and abroad.
